Central vacuum system Hessing Greenport Venlo

Hessing super fresh processes fresh vegetable products at various locations in the Netherlands. Hessing is already familiar with vacuum transport at the Helmond location and has involved IVS in the new construction at Greenport Venlo. This location has a floor area of 16,200 M2 where 320 tons of raw materials will soon be processed daily into 850 fresh vegetable products.

Question

Hessing supervers commissioned IVS at the new construction site in Venlo to engineer a central vacuum system for all gas packaging production lines. The system should be made of stainless steel pipe, low-maintenance vacuum pumps with low energy consumption and smart capacity control incorporated into a remotely accessible control system. The system should be modularly expandable toward the future to meet future expansions without too much modification.

Solution

IVS supplied a central vacuum system to the latest standard. By using a stainless steel piping system, the system is easy to expand into the future and remains leak-tight, fire-safe, mechanically loadable and operationally safe even over time. All production lines are equipped with their own valve with filter. The pumps used are low-maintenance claw pumps that are controlled depending on the vacuum requirement. VPN secure remote access allows for quick service delivery if needed.
