During the processing of cod on a newly installed production line at Adri & Zoon, the products residues to be disposed of must be collected outside the production department. This expansion deviates from the existing systems because of the size of the cod, which sets different dimensions to the system to be placed.
Adri & Zoon asked us to provide the vacuum transport for the new production line, as an extension to the existing system. In this respect, the transport of cod heads is considerably different from the existing systems given the high capacity and dimensions. For example, the cod head is up to 20 cm in size and can weigh up to 3.0 kg each.
IVS has installed two new systems as an extension of the existing system. The largest system has a pipe of DN200 and is able to transport up to 5T / hour of product.
After the new line has been put into operation, the working environment is clean, the lines require less space in the production department and all the product flows come together in a central area. In addition to saving labor, this solution also provides a neat and clean working environment.
